Header Tank System

This allows pumped water to flow through the header tank system under gravity, removing any back pressure issues, allowing small amounts of sheen and silt to be captured in the first stage filters. In the event of a major hydrocarbon leak, the second stage filters will solidify or ‘lock up’, allowing no contaminated hydrocarbons to escape into the environment.
